Director – Education, the Society and School Mrs. Rita Kapur, recipient of the National Award- 2004 for Teachers by President of India, has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, counselling, training and administration. Her passion to work for the underprivileged section of the society inspired her to establish a DPSG school for the underprivileged children. Whilst at DPSG, she worked on innovative projects initiated by NCERT and IIT, Delhi.
These efforts evolved an Indian substitute for the Kindergarten and Montessori system, which is being used all across the country. She was the leading light to empower the student and teacher community and establish lasting ties between countries/schools such as Singapore-Raffles, Germany – Waldorf group of schools and others in Australia, UK and USA. At Gyanshree, she seeks to better her previous accomplishments in the area of pedagogy.

Mrs. Brinda Ghosh a highly accomplished educationist, holds a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers from Cambridge, London besides a post-graduation in English Literature. She brings with her wide and varied experience for she has taught and been in different leadership roles in some of the best institutions of the country like Vikaasa, Madurai; Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun; Ivy League,Hyderabad and YPS, Patiala.
She has the unique distinction of being the Founder Principal of two schools – one, JGIS, Ahmedabad and the next, Ecole Global International Girls School, Dehradun, offering CBSE and Cambridge International Examinations. The school has been ranked amongst the top five schools of India for three consecutive years by a leading Educational journal under her able guidance and earned the school a name to reckon with for sending out a state topper in class 12 in the CBSE who scored cent percent in two subjects.
Ms Ghosh is a trainer par excellence and believes in bringing in a progressive edge to pedagogical methods in and outside the classroom. She promotes inclusive educationand is trained to deal and take corrective measures with children with learning disabilities, especially, Dyslexia. She has been actively conducting workshops for teachers and parents and passes on her penchant for being abreast with the latest trends in education by consistently upgrading her skills. She is a Gold awardee of the IAYP and has been a National and International level trainer of the same. She has travelled to Queensland University of Australia, Yale, an American Private Ivy League ResearchUniversity, Jakarta, Indonesia, Berlin in Germany and Lahore in Pakistanas a trainer. An author of two books, her articles are also published by ACER an Australian Journal on education.

Gurucharan Singh (NIS) is a recipient of Dronacharya Award, Former national cricket coach in India (BCCI) and former project director and Chief Cricket Coach, Pace Bowlers Academy Gwalior. Over the past five decades, he has trained generations of cricketers, including Kapil Dev, Ravi Shastri, Ajay Jadeja, Maninder Singh, and Kirti Azad. He has been a cricket player, and then a coach in his illustrious 62-year career. "Hard work has been my motto, and when you are up and about, and always on the field, you never feel that you are past your prime. I move with the young and talented, and this keeps me motivated and going", says Gurcharan.
