INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE FORM
Please read the following instructions carefully before filling the form:
- Fill in the form carefully. Kindly use a laptop or a desktop for filling the form. In case you are using a mobile for filling the data, kindly activate the cookies.
- All fields are mandatory. In case, the data cannot be filled or is not available please specify N.A.(for text field) or 0 (for number field).
- Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth filled in the Registration form tallies with that on the original birth certificate.
- Registration form will be uploaded on school records only after payment of the registration fees on the online payment portal.
- Once the form is submitted and payment is made, you will not be able to make any changes to the application form.
- Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.
- The admission counsellor will get in touch for interaction appointment via call / SMS within a week of successful payment of registration fee. In case no contact is made in a week’s time kindly contact the admission counsellor @ 8527639997 or 7042193396.
LIST OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE INTERACTION
- Child’s Birth Certificate issued by statutory authority.
- For proof of residence, any one of the following documents of either parent is required: Ration Card, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card, MTNL Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, DJB Water Bill, Passport.
- Child’s immunization record.
- Previous year report card (If applicable)
