Kindly read through the admission process carefully so that each stage is completed smoothly and within the prescribed timelines.

1. Expression of Interest
Admissions for the next academic session generally open in the month of July of the ongoing academic session, subject to the availability of seats and the admission schedule announced by the School.
Before the formal registration process begins, parents may submit an Expression of Interest Form, which is available on the School website. This form enables the School to record the family’s interest and share relevant updates regarding the admission process.
Submission of the Expression of Interest Form does not constitute registration or confirmation of admission. A School representative may contact parents through the School email or telephone for any clarification, query, information or further guidance related to the admission process.
Parents are advised to check their registered email inbox, spam/junk folder and notifications regularly for communication from the School.
2. Formal Registration Process
The formal admission process begins once the Registration Form is opened by the School. Parents seeking admission for their child are required to complete the Registration Form within the prescribed timelines and in accordance with the School’s admission guidelines.
To complete the registration process, parents are required to pay the Registration Fee of ₹2,000/-. The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Once the Registration Form has been successfully submitted and the Registration Fee has been paid, parents will receive a notification confirming the receipt of the Registration Form. After verification of all the documents, the School shall send through an email, a Registration Number which must be quoted for all future communication related to the admission process.
Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to verification of documents, fulfilment of admission criteria, orientation, interaction with the child and parents, draw of lots wherever required, and the availability of seats.
The registration process shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the School’s guidelines, timelines and admission schedule.
Following documents to be uploaded in pdf Format at the time of registration:
- Recent coloured passport photographs of the child and parents
- Self attested of Date of Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation)
- Self attested Address Proof
- Self attested Adhar Card of the child and parents
- Self attested Immunization/Vaccination/ Record or Medical Certificate
- Previous two years Report Cards (applying for Grade III to XII)
- In case of single parent - custody order, guardianship document, death certificate or any other applicable legal document
3. Verification of Application and Documents
After the registration process is completed, all applications will be checked and verified for documentation and eligibility as per the School’s guidelines.
Parents are requested to regularly check the application status on the portal for any pending documents or discrepancies. All the gaps must be resolved within 3 working days after submission of the Registration Form.
The Admissions Office may contact parents for additional information or clarification, if required.
In case any false, incomplete or misleading information is provided, School reserves the right to reject the Registration Form and withdraw any offer of admission made or granted.
Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the next stage of the admission process.
4. Parent Orientation – Info Session and Interaction
Once the applications are reviewed and shortlisted, the School will conduct a Parent Orientation Session along with the school tour. The date, time and mode of the orientation will be communicated to parents on their login portal.
5. Parents and Child Interaction
The interaction is intended to understand the child’s developmental context, routine, health, learning needs and family expectations, while also familiarising parents with the School’s philosophy and practices. No academic assessment will be conducted for these classes.
Admission to Grade Pre-Nursery will be done after the one on one interaction with the parents. For Grade Nursery it is also subject to availability of seats.
For other classes, the admission process may include a diagnostic assessment, interaction and/or any other assessment process decided by the School.
The date of interaction will be shared only after successful completion of registration process and payment of the Registration Fee. The School authorities reserve the right to change the date, time, venue or mode of the orientation, observation, interaction or assessment, if required.
Based on the information provided in the Registration Form, some parents and children may be invited for a one-to-one interaction before the Orientation.
6. Draw of Lots and Selection
Where the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of seats available, the School may conduct a draw of lots after completion of the relevant stages of the admission process.
Parents will be informed of the date and time of the draw of lots, wherever applicable, through the official communication channels (email) of the School.
The School will communicate the list of selected and/or waitlisted candidates via email or any other mode of communication as deemed appropriate. The communication will include the next steps and the timeline for completing the admission formalities.
The admission decision will be communicated within two working days of the One-on-One Interaction.
The decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding.
7. Admission Form and Completion of Formalities
On successful payment of the Admission and Security Fee, Admission Number of the child will be generated and information submitted in the Registration Form will be carried forward to the Admission Form and will not be editable thereafter. Parents must therefore ensure that all details entered at the time of registration are complete and accurate.
Once the payment of Admission Fee and Security is received, parents will get a link via email to download the Admission Form.
Parents must download the Admission Form and submit the hard copy of the Admission Form within 3 working days from the date of generation of the Admission Number.
The Admission Form must be signed by both Parent(s)/Guardian(s) or single parent as applicable. Where the Student has a single parent or a legal guardian, the same must have been duly declared at the time of submitting the Registration Form. In such cases, the Parent/Legal Guardian shall have uploaded the relevant supporting documents, as applicable, including a court order relating to custody, guardianship documents, a death certificate, or any other valid legal document evidencing the authority to act on behalf of the Student.
Original documents must be produced for physical verification by the School when requested.
Submission of the child’s medical details is mandatory. Parents must disclose any medical condition, allergy, disability, developmental concern, diagnosis, intervention or other information relevant to the child’s safety, well-being and learning support.
Admission is subject to parents’ acceptance of the School’s Rules, Code of Conduct, Fee Policy, Transport Norms, Communication Policy, Safety Guidelines and other applicable policies. Final admission will be confirmed only after all required documents have been submitted and verified, the applicable fees have been paid, and all prescribed admission formalities have been completed within the timeline communicated by the School.
8. Incomplete Documentation
In case any false, incomplete or misleading information is provided, School reserves the right to reject the Admission Form and withdraw any offer of admission made or granted. Exceptional cases, where a required document is not immediately available, the school may, at its discretion, accept the Admission Form against a written undertaking from the parent/guardian to submit the pending document within 3 working days, Admission will be provisional till submission of the document and liable to be cancelled.
9. Privacy and Use of Information
The information submitted by parents during the registration and admission process will be used for administrative, academic, safety, communication, statutory, affiliation and school-record purposes.
The School will treat the information with confidentiality and will not share it with third parties except where required for legitimate school purposes, compliance with applicable law, government directions, statutory requirements, emergency response or with appropriate consent.
10. Parent Declaration and Acceptance
By submitting the Registration Form and proceeding with the admission process, parents confirm that they have sought admission for their child after understanding the School’s philosophy, vision, policies, educational approach and admission procedure.
Parents further confirm that all information provided by them is true, complete and accurate, and that nothing material has been concealed. In the event of admission, parents agree to abide by the School’s policies, rules, procedures, fee norms, code of conduct and communication protocols, and to support the child in understanding and respecting the values and expectations of the School.
Final admission shall be at the sole discretion of the School, subject to completion of all formalities, verification of documents and availability of seats.
